July Minutes & Parish Asset Review Summary are available

The confirmed minutes for June and unconfirmed minutes for July Parish Council Meetings are now available on the redesigned Meetings 2018 page that holds all meeting dates, agendas and minutes for Parish Council Meetings this year.

The Parish Asset Review Summary is also now available on our website. The opening comments and powerpoint presentation given at the July meeting are available for your review along with a call is out for volunteers to join working groups to help the parish make the best use of its assets.

Closure of School Road in Rowledge from 1st Aug

Notice from Hampshire Highways (25 July 2018):

As part of the programme of works being undertaken by Operation Resilience we will be undertaking drainage improvement works in School Road, Rowledge from the junction with Cherry Tree Road to the junction with Fullers Road.

The works are programmed to start on the 1st August 2018 and are expected to last for 4 weeks. In order to undertake the works safely it will be necessary to close the road for the duration of the works.

There are a number of push bikes at Alton Police Office whose owners are unknown:

A325 Farnham Road Closure at Bucks Horn Oak on 19th June 2018 between 20:00-06:00hrs

We have been advised that the A325 Farnham Road at Bucks Horn Oak from approximately 80m south of Binsted Road to just past the petrol station entrance will be closed on 19th June 2018 between 20:00-06:00hrs for carriageway resurfacing as part of Operation Resilience.
 
This is expected to last for 1 night.
 
Information signs advising road users of the works will be erected on site.
 
Local residents and businesses will receive a letter about the closure.
